BMC, Cambodia — Last 22nd March, forty-three (43) parents and teachers joined the election for the Executive Committee of XJS Parent-Teacher Association (XJS-PTA). The election process was facilitated by outgoing officers Ms. Vann Sokchea and Ms Sey Sreytouch, together with incoming teacher representative Ms. Keo Chienkanith and Mr. Mom Sorphorn.
After the election process, Ms. Long Tapanna, the outgoing PTA-President and Fr. Greg Priyadi, SJ, the outgoing PTA-Adviser, recognized the major contributors of XJS-PTA last year. This was followed by a short speech and appreciation to the outgoing officers, led by Fr. Jinhyuk Park, SJ, School Director. Ms. Hou Davy, the newly elected PTA-President gave a short but promising acceptance speech toward. The event was closed with a message of gratitude and inspiration from the outgoing Vice-President of PTA, Mr. Chhon Sona.
