On Wednesday the 22nd of October 2014 Mr. Hok of HOKO DB Company with Fr. Ashley and Br. Paul Nguyen marked the exact location of the first building which will be the Community Learning Centre and Teacher Resource Centre on the school land outside Sisophon town in Banteay Meanchey Province, Cambodia. On the 24th of October the Planning Department issued the legal building permit for construction and on the 9th of November the first piles were hammered into position!
