BMC – Last 23 July 2022, over 250 students participated in field trips to Siem Reap and Kampong Thom. The students were divided into two groups: middle school and high school. The middle school group went to visit Angkor Wat in Siem Reap while the high school students visited Sambor Prei Kuk in Kampong Thom. The trip primarily consist of visiting and learning about the different ancient temples and structures in both places and their significance to Cambodia’s history. Aside from that, the students also had a chance to bond with their classmates and teachers while they feast on the snacks and lunch that they brought together with them.

XJS would like to extend its appreciation to those who made this school trip successful: to our secondary school teachers and CAO-staff, Khmer Angkor Tour Guide Association headed by Mr. Vandy So, Sambor Prei Kuk Tour Guides, and Metta Karuna, Siem Reap. Most especially, we are beyond grateful to all our donors for letting our students experience this wonderful learning journey.
