Since the 30th of January 2015, Mr. Mom Vuthy, a local contractor, has been building a simple walled fence along the outer boundary of the school land. This fence is necessary not because of any disturbance from local villagers but because the Community Learning Centre will welcome small children for educational activities as soon as it has been built at the end of July this year. Br. Paul Nguyen, the school Technical Officer designed the wall with concrete foundations under the earth to a depth of 1.2 metres. The wall will have one layer of bricks and cement with a metal railing along the top half rising 2.4 metres above the ground. The lower parts will be painted with weather proof paint. The cost is $122.50 per metre. All the workers are from the local area. The first part of the wall will be 780 metres long leaving only 400 more metres to be constructed after the rainy season finishes next November.
