On Friday 24 May 2024 high school department of the Xavier Jesuit school led a group of students to visit historical and educational sites in two different places. Secondary school students visited Laang Spean prehistoric archeological site (Phnom teak traing), Phnom sampov and Ek phnom temple in Battambang province. Meanwhile, high school students visited Phnom Bakheng, Baphuon temple, sala bai and the reginal polytechnic institute techno sen siem reap in Siem reap province.
The two study tours went smoothly and full of fun for students, teachers, and school leaders. In addition, this study tour provided new experiences and knowledge to students related to the geography and history of each archeological site. Especially, high school students gained a lot of knowledge about vocational skills, techniques, and careers from two schools that we led students to see in that day.
Finally, we would like to thank the school leaders and all the teachers who participated in leading the study tour to be successful and fruitful.
