It was a rare opportunity for the Xavier Jesuit School Scout program to come together and spend their night singing, dancing, interacting, and bonding with one another. On the 24th of March, our Community Learning Center organized an exciting scout camp for a few dozens of students to spend a night away from home bonding together as a group with nature. During the day they were involved in various group activities together. At night, a bonfire was prepared which allowed them to gather together and performed some very creative plays. Their laughter and talents lighted up the night. This camp helped promote comradery between the public schools and Xavier Jesuit School students. There was a genuine sense of courage, fraternity, and creativity among the young people. We hope the next scout camp will be more exciting as this one; and we wish that through this camp, the schools can bond together as one family especially for those students who are not from Xavier Jesuit School.
