On Friday the 17th of February 2017 from 15.30 to 16.30, Ms. Sonai led the teacher training session on the life and spirituality of St. Ignatius of Loyola and St. Francis Xavier for our kindergarten and primary school teachers. For many of them, this was the first time, they heard about the origins of Ignatian spirituality. Ms. Sonai explained how the personal spiritual journey St. Ignatius led him to develop a special pedagogy for teaching children and young people which is based on real spiritual experience and evaluation of that experience. And also she shared with the teachers why our school is called St. Xavier Jesuit School.
