On the 28th of May 2014, Ms. Phon Sonai and Br. Ham Toeun started to survey the educational needs in the three villages close to our land, Phnom Bak, Dey Lo and Banoy. The questionnaire focuses on three groups, young people who have dropped out of school, young people who are experiencing learning difficulties in school and those who have not yet started school. The local commune chief arranged a meeting with the three village chiefs on the 27th of May to explain that this survey is part of the preparation for the Community Learning Centre, the first component of the Xavier Jesuit School Project.
